It's been a few weeks. I can't run right now as I have perhaps a calf muscle pulled when I thought it was a tendon or ligament behind knee. Who knows but behind knee something is not llining up right. Have rubbed Sombra into area several times now, never did ice packs, not running, but walking on treadmill.
Have tried arnica but not very regular.
I am bandaging the area behind knee well. Wrong shoes, trainer not suggesing my shabby shoes needs the trash or look for others on sale, so this didn't help my sprain or pull. I know rest and patience help, so I'm doing more of that. I also do yoga.
