Well, I've not used chia seeds before, but I'd assume the gel is similar to flax seed gel. So I guess so.
Just experiment! I'm sure it'll work out fine, if not then you know for next time.

I've never heard of chia gel but that doesn't mean there isn't such a thing. Good luck.

People write about chia gel, and I first imagined that when you soaked chia seeds in water the results was the seeds + cups of clear gel. However in reality it's just that each seed soaks up lots of water and the coating swells... it's not something you can remove and use separately. Hope that makes sense!

yeah it makes sense, but I was planning on using the seeds too, I was just wondering if the gel they made would bind ingredients
