I'm new here. I just started Raw Foods 3 weeks ago, but I've been a vegetarian for 4 years now. I wanted to do raw foods because I knew it would be so much healthier for me and I wanted to feel good in my body, mind, soul and spirit. I've suffered with chronic fatigue and diverticulitis and irritable bowel syndrome, but it got better once I cut out meat and finally switched over to being a vegetarian. I notice a difference now eating raw for 3 weeks, my skin is smoother and my body is more hydrated because after taking showers or washing my hands it would look like I put my hands/body in flour but now I hardly need any lotion at all. I have more energy even though I still get tired, but not as much and I easily wake up now. I don't hit snooze or doze back off several times. Just a little background on me. Don't want to give my WHOLE life story. :D

Thanks everyone for welcoming me here. Actually I frequent RFT a lot and I get a lot of helpful tips and info. You guys are awesome and I'm glad that I've joined. BTW Starfire thanks for liking my name. My real name actually means "lion of God" in Hebrew. My dad named me and thought it was a beautiful and unique name. I'm not Hebrew btw, but my dad just liked it so much. Just a little more background on me. Much love to everyone.
