I decided to get some greens for the upcoming stressful week and wanted just a veggie superfood burger/patty/bread
1/2C sundried tomatoes
1/4C dehydrated tomatoes
1/4C dehydrated baby bellas
1/2 Red pepper
1C broccoli
1/4C minced sweet onion (white/yellow)
3C corn fresh or froze
4C soaked and dehyrated sunflower seeds
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4c zuccini
1/2C baby carrots
Sea salt 1-3t
Cayenne 1-2t
Dill 2-3t
Paprika 1/4t
Cumin 1t
Sesame tahini 2T
2-4T ACV (apple cider vinegar)
Process all ingredients, I had to do 5 different batches then mixed very well with large spoon (2-3 minutes)
Make into paste not creamy but not to chunky where you can see what is what.
Roll into balls and make patties like veggie burgers. Dehydrate 105-115 6+ hours
These are great!
Obviously tons on subs you can do. These measurements are all roughly estimated I would definitely use more tomatoes. And some of the dehydrated items dont need to be dehydrated but shortens dehydrator time and they form easier.
Let me know what you think!
