"The Raw Truth" by Jeremy Safron. I just got this book after standing at Whole Foods reading it for about a half an hour (a good test when you can't put it down). The recipes appear to be simple with a lot of 'non-nut' options. He also has different spins on recipes we've already seen. It was $18.95 at W.F but about $11 on Amazon.com. I just had to have it right then. It's just under 190 pages with a few pictures. The simplicity really drew me as well as ingrediants you can find at the grocery store (unlike having to find exotic ingrediants!).
