No Cramps!

I'm so excited about this I must post! This last period of mine- NO CRAMPS! I usually have really bad cramps every time! This is truly a miracle for me. I can honestly say to the best of my memory this is the first period I've had that has been cramp-free! Yippee!

I only had enough cramps the last time to tell me that my period was coming that day and then they disappeared. Yay!!!

My first raw period was an absolute breeze for the first time in my life! Then this past one was pretty tough again, I felt achey and thick and bloated almost like the last stages of pregnancy! However, I'd read on Shazzie's site that for the first year or so she had alternately wonderful and horrible periods. So I didn't stay too concerned, attributing it to cleansing. Looking forward to my good month coming up!

How long have you been raw?

I just finished my first cramp free period. I was so surprized as there were no warning signs and I just bled! No PMS and no cramps once it had started.

This is unheard of. I had been diagnosed with endometriosis when I was younger and had very heavy, painful periods.

Me too. No cramps. This happened after about six weeks of being raw. Feels good, doesn't it?

I used to get really bad cramps. Now..not so much. I haven't even had a period since January, although I do feel the slightest cramps every few weeks. It's nice and all but it probably isn't a good thing....
