Hi all,

I've posted my before and after pics before but I wanted to post them in this section now that we have it so that others can see how wonderful raw has been to me and hopefully be inspired.

I especially want to share my story of healing from four very painful and debilitatiing health problems: chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, anxiety and depression, not to mention several other more minor conditions. If you'd like to read my whole story you can click on the link to my website below.

Raw is AMAZING! Going (and staying) raw has truly given me a new life that I love. Perfect health and happiness is our natural birth right and is possible!!! I believe that being raw enables us to be who we were really meant to be. I also believe that if I can do it, ANYONE can! :-) I used to be a major junk food addict and compulsive over eater and now I am completely satisfied and happy eating a very simple raw diet. Stick with it, it works.

Many blessings!!

Audrey

WOW! Thank you for posting here ~ I sure need to see that it can be accomplished ( though not doubted ). A visual boost is always helpful.

What I love the most or equal too the weight loss is that transformed peaceful face !

I will now go read your blog as compulsive eating is something I want to no longer address.

Dear Audrey, you're absolutely beautiful! Thank you for sharing your photos here. I found your website last year when I was embarking on this path and I must share with you, you have been a tremendous inspiration to me. I couldn't agree more with understanding that raw helps us find our true selves. It feels so good to be in this place and enjoying highly vibrating food as a bonus.

Blessings,
Crystal

Audrey, you look amazing.....so inspiring! Thank you for sharing!.....I don't mean to be so personal and you certainly don't have to answer, but is your tummy flat? It looks so and you look so toned! I ask, because I am about 10-15 pounds from my goal weight. I have twins who were normal full term sized {8 lbs 2 oz, 7 lbs 6 oz} and my youngest son was almost 9 lbs. I am 5'1 and petite, but still get asked if I am pregnant! My tummy is so floppy and to not look pregnant, I have to wear control top panties that go almost to my boobs...well, not quite, but.... I'm told I will always have stretched skin on my tummy...that it won't go away, that only plastic surgery will help. But I wonder if 100% Raw, consistently, would..........I'm considering the surgery...any input you may offer would be great.....you are one of my role models!:D Thank You! Deb

Hello all,

Thanks so much for the lovely compliments! You guys are awesome! I love this board. I'm so glad that I'm able to inspire others to go raw and stay raw. It is such a blessing.

Hi Deb,

Yes, my tummy is very flat unless I've just eaten a HUGE smoothie or melon, or salad which I frequently do. :-) People are astonished by how much I can eat. That's the beauty of raw. You get to eat A LOT. :-)

Blessings

It is inspirational! I wanted to let you know I'm doing great! The weight loss is not coming fast HOWEVER the pain is nearly gone. I'm shocked. I'm going to do a nutritional fast. I think the non weight loss is a sign that I may not be cleansing but I'm so thrilled to be almost pain free from fibro that I'm not focusing on the weight loss. I'm spreading the word however a lot of the people I know aren't ready for it. Good thoughts to you and yours!

Hi all,

I'm following up on a couple of posts....

I'm sorry I don't have any more pics just now, I'm sort of a (recovering) techno-phobe and have been relying on friends to help me with taking and loading pics, etc... I'm learning though. :-)

Thanks so much to everyone for the lovely compliments.

I love the fact that my story may help inspire someone to go raw or stay raw. Being raw has made such a wonderful positive impact on my life. I love it!!!

Blessings,

Audrey

You are indeed an inspiration! I am also a former lifetime junk food junkie so hearing from someone else that had the same problem truly helps.
