Recently I have switched from describing my physical incarnation as a BODY to using the word being.

The word body makes me think of something massive, like an ocean, a body of water. Being makes me think of something light and beautiful.

Also, a body is an object, whereas a being is sensual, feeling, changing, living, and thriving. It is much more than just an object.

I love my raw vegan being. How about you?

Me? I wish I knew what you know, when I was your age. You are wise beyond your years. Love it and you!

I like that. It combines the mind spirit and body. I guess I am a being!
Good One!

What a beautiful epiphany! It's the perfect word.

I don't think about myself in parts for some reason...I do think of myself as small part of a bigger dance, though.

I'm exactly opposite. I consider my body as an object. Throughout my years of dietary experiments, I have studied the body and what affects it.

Then again, I am a scientist. I find a high level of detachment to be beneficial to achieve a greater understanding. Knowledge and logic are the only things I care about.
