I am confused.
I have seen coconut butter/oil for sale of 2 varieties.
One is cold-pressed from the meat only.
One is a blend of the whole thing - meat and water.
They are both labelled with the same name. Do they taste the same in recipes? Do they provide the same effect (firming, etc...)?
I have not yet used this as it was one of the expensive ingredients that I couldn't find near me until recently... So, can anyone help me figure out which one (or both?) that I should buy?
Thanks so much!
