Hi My name is Sharonb,
I had weightloss surgery 8 yrs ago went from 310lbs to 150lbs( which i do not regret) but I almost died over time as well from bowel obstruction complications. However after 2 more surgeries to cut out more of my small intestines, i recovered.
My doctor said gain some weight or die.. and and over the past few years i have managed to gain 60lbs back, too much..and still gaining about 5lbs a month until i recently started to exercise.
However i have not lost anything or gained anymore, which is good, but it seems i still have a weight problem.
I don't want to spend the rest of my life counting calories and letting food rule my every thought as it does now.
I am trying to figure out why i am always tired even though i exercise 2 hours per day and eat less
. Then I came across some info online about raw diets. I had not had a bowel movement in over 2 weeks then i remembered i had not eaten anything live, so i ate salad all day and boy did i have movement!:p
I wanted to learn more., been on a few other sites and one lead me here.I am getting ready to go raw for 30 days and see if i can began to maintain a life style of raw. Hope to get to know some of you better in the process as well.:D
