Another Blessing of eating Raw Food

For the last 15 - 20 years I have had constant pressure underneath my lower front right rib which means gall stones.

The other day it just dawned on me that that pressure was completely gone! Funny how things sneak up on you like that.

Every now and then over the years I would do a liver/gall bladder flush and lots of stones would come out. But I could never quite get rid of that nagging pressure. Hopefully this will be a long term fix.

I had that pain too :eek: and I didn't know it was gallstones
Because when I got it checked with ultrasound they told me I didn't have any so I was always wondering what the pain was......
but it doesn't matter because yes raw foods took care of it for me too :D
