Out of curiosity, has anyone tried the Dr Natura products? If so, I'd appreciate real world feedback.

Yes, I have tried it and would recommend it. I would also suggest doing it for at least the 2-3 month length.

You will be shocked at what you have carried around with you!

Good luck!

I tried it and was not impressed. I could only afford to do it for 1 month. I am a graduate student on a very limited income and even 1 month was a stretch. I combined the 1 month with almost no drinking and very little cooked food. I have been high raw for about 1 year and experience very good BM's as it is. I was rather dissapointed with my results. I think that if you are pretty healthy to begin with then you will not experience the crazy results they advertise. Just my thoughts, I can only speak from my experience.

I tried it three times...the third time I also used their Toxinout kit...sorry this may not be the popular view but I think that their are cheaper, more effective alternatives out there. It's obvious to me that the crazy BM's are caused by the fiber supplement that you take with it, not worms or accumulated junk. Whenever I take some of the leftover Dr. Natura fiber supplement, I get the same odd-looking BM as when I was doing the whole cleanse, parasite pills and all. I also eat a ton of fiber and always have, so I don't think it's a matter of "build-up" in my colon that Dr. Natura fiber magically cleans out.

I was interested in the cleanse just for getting rid of parasites and toxins...I was a little disappointed to see that the ingredients for the program can found in most health foods stores for much cheaper. I think the Toxinout program made me worse in the long run- I had a huge rosacea flare-up (the first in ten years) during the program which has more less been with me to some degree ever since (I took this stuff a year ago). It may be a coincidence, but who knows...

If I were to get serious about a parasite cleanse again, I would try Humaworm . As far as cleaning my colon, ground flax, chia seeds, and the multitude of fresh veggies in my diet take care of that for me :) A colon irrigation probably isn't a bad idea once in a while, either...

I just bought a two month supply. The purchase was a bit more than I wanted to pay, however, I will be sure to do it, as to not waste all that money. I plan to get back on track by starting this way. I will begin the cleanse as soon as it arrives.
Last time I did Raw only for 2.5 months and lost 22 lbs. I also had used this product to get myself a boost. It is so hard for me to do Raw because I am making my family other food and eating at table with different food. Winter in Colorado will be cold and will want warm food. I need some support in keeping on track. I really want to do it, and not stop after 2.5 months.
How do you meditate on keeping on track when cravings attack you?
