OMG...the Cafe Gratitude Coconut Creme Pie is so amazing. I just had it at their Berkeley restaurant last week. I don't have the recipe, but I know it's in the Cafe Gratitude cookbook. You can sneak a peek at Whole Foods (they carry the book) - but I'm guessing you'll want to buy it. It's on my list! ;)
