I am interested in this, but wondering why you would need it if you are consuming all the vegies etc... to begin with?

For those of you who have bought her green powder, tell us a little bit more about it. What I'm wondering exactly is....does it have a strong taste and exactly what does it tast like. Looking over the ingredients, it's seems like it would be a mild green taste.
