Is it okay if I post that I completed thirty days even though I haven't been participating in the challenge? I started March 17th. I've lost some weight. Don't know how much because weight loss was not my goal, but I have to admit that I like looking slimmer. I'm a size six, but everything is fitting me very loosely now. One skirt I put on fell off, and I had to pick out something else to wear. I'm sleeping better. I'm glowing. My son said that I already look younger. I'm regular, (bowels), and a couple of old scars are dissapearing.

I have breast cancer. That's what made me decide to go raw. Check out my blogs: Freshfreckledface, and FreshFreckledFaceII.

A friend of mine decided to join me for support. I'm in Colorado. She's in North Carolina. She is doing this on a tight budget, with no health food store anywhere near her, and w/o all of the appliances. But she is so determined and she is doing great. She wanted to lose weight, and is so excited because she is already seeing changes. She can fit into clothes that she couldn't wear anymore, and they are loose on her! She doesn't have a computer, so she doesn't post here, but she has completed thirty days as well, and has been around 95% raw.

If we can do it, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

way to go, Fresh freckled face! Is your cancer improving? I've learned so much in the past two months about the body's ability to heal and repair itself when it has proper nutrition and reduced toxins! (i.e. flax oil)
I don't dread these diseases anymore because I'm taking preventative action and if I do get one, I feel absolutely confident that my body can deal with it successfully! Are you finding that too?
Keep it up, sister!:)

Whooohoooo! I did it!!! (I'm doing the Rocky dance.) I wish I knew how to do those cool smileys like Starfire!

I'm sitting here right now listening to Dr. Lorraine Day, and I'm so glad I'm raw! Finally, I'm did something right.

TV, Yep! We got moved. Ooops. Thanks for the congrats!!! I'm going to keep going. My friend is in a town called Moyock. I have no idea where that is in relation to anything else. :)

Theogirl: I don't know what the cancer is doing. I hope it's responding to the changes I'm making. I'm with you. I'm not afraid anymore either. I wish I had kept my fear in check in the first place. But this is an imperfect world, and I am an imperfect being. I'm learning. And for that I'm grateful. If anyone can learn from my mistakes, then I'm doubly grateful.
