Greetings from Toledo, Ohio! I've been "ghosting" your boards for almost 2 months now-feeling a little more confident with this raw diet. I love reading about all the wonderful things that are happening with you all-all the support, the food talk, recipes, questions, and frankly-the comedy!

I've been high raw since February 2008, had some slip-ups, but mainly lookings forwards to joining the May 30 day challenge-I'm ready join the big kids now!!!!
