Hello, pleased to meet you - my name is Katharina.

I live in Köln/Cologne Germany. I am 38 years old and one of my professions (my favourite one :D ) is being an art therapist.

Have always been very interested in herbs and nature and also read a lot about eating (chinese way, macrobiotics, 5 elements ...). But have never been 100 % satisfied with all of those things. I have no severe illnesses but i think I have always been searching for a way to have my mind cleared up, to change something that felt wrong all of the time. .... And to change little things like bad eye sight, cellulitis, blackheads, strange thing in my throat, 2 eternal warts, week nails, white stuff on my scalp.

Last year (reading about remedies for cellulitis  ) i suddenly stumbled upon the pages about raw food and detox. Started concentrating on the raw food and reading more and more about it since then - and it really feels like the missing link.

I am sure not a 100 % raw but very high :p , as I cannot afford the real raw nuts (eat the "normal" organic ones) and special things like that but I buy tons of organic greens and fruits and I really stopped cooking things. What is really difficult is friends and familiy (really really difficult are men: BUT YOU HAVE TO EAT M**T), because they sometimes dont really understand it.
I try to always prepare some food for them, to make them understand why I feel different with it. They normally love it, but go on offering me cooked things.

Since 2008 I am one of the no poo'ers, too. Would love to do water only but as my hair is about 60 cm long and spaghetti straight, I am using BS and ACV.

Yesterday I started oil pulling (sunflower) in the morning and I ended up at midday with a very sore throat and my bones hurt very much - like getting a heavy flue. Today I took a hot bath in sea salt, BS and orange-lemon-grapefruit peels (burnt my a** ) I am felling better and will go on trying the OP in the morning.

I love reading your posts, it´s very helpfull and motivating for me.

Raw food makes me feel happy and makes me feel love - especially for myself and for others, too.

Hope you are doing all fine,
take care

Katharina
