I love my paraflexx sheets but then again I've never had the disposable sheets.....so.....I'd say go for the paraflexx sheets and help us all tread more lightly on the planet. They really are an easy clean-up....no scrubbing, just a quick wipe and they're clean...about as quick as it would take to throw something away. The only thing I don't like about my p-sheets is that I would like a couple more.

Agreed! I have had no trouble cleaning them and I HATE washing dishes. Disposable anything is bad if there's a non-disposable alternative (I'm working on switching over to this myself!), reducing reducing reducing any kind of waste is always good :D

the paraflexx sheets are so easy to clean and they stay put so nicely on the mesh sheets - my vote is for paraflexx!

But what are those things made of? Not petroleum products? I guess the raw food community would be on it if they weren't safe. I currently use parchment paper, but might upgrade to paraflexx in the future.

Paraflex.... not going to throw away more paper when there's an alternative.

paraflexx definitely, I find that my crackers peel upwards when they're on the disposable sheets, and the sheet starts to wrinkle as I spread out my wet dough...

Am I confused or are paraflex sheets the texflex sheets? And if they are the teflex sheets, isn't that like teflon, which is a carcinogen or something?
Don't get mad at me because I don't know...I'm just skeptical And uneducated and trying to overcome it, lol.
