You will be amazed at how well it keeps in your fridge. It is so much more crisp and well, just fresh, for sooo much longer. Yeah....good for you! Enjoy.

Well I wish I had the ability to take and post a photo VFL, Cuz it would have been a good one.
The spinach is from last year and some how it came up on it's own. What we planted for this year is not even close to coming up.
Anyway yesterday we had SNOW. Nebraska is like that.
I went up and froze my hands picking some for supper. It was a beautiful thing.
