We hate flax crackers so I came up with this .. it's loosely based on the Lydia's Organics curry crackers, but more veggieful. What I love about it is that you can throw in some of whatever you've got lying around. And that they're green. Green is pretty.
You can use a FP or a good blender. Our Blendtec handles this without breaking a sweat. Just add the liquidy stuff first. :)
Forgive the guesstimates ..
1 lemon
1/4 cup ACV
tbsp or so EVOO
2 c. sunflower seeds (we use germinated dehydrated ones)
a couple tbsp chia seeds (unsoaked)
1 bunch parsley
1 head kale
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
sea salt to taste, or leave it out
spices! we use curry. lots of curry.
We've done this adding pumpkin seeds, walnuts, hemp seeds, other veggies .. just keep adding whatever you like to a spready texture, then dehydrate. If you score them into squares before drying it'll make your life a little easier when it comes time to flip them.
