I purchased a bag of the baby peppers. These are the ones that are about the size of your pinky finger. There's enough here to last me about three months.

Also, I heard that excessive hot chili pepper intake can lead to stomach cancer. What do you think would be a reasonable amount. I currently take in about four of these baby peppers per day.

Thanks :)

YES WE CAN...........When I find a deal on jalapenos, I chop them up and store them in "Snack Bags" which will hold about a serving, and off to the Freezer......Have a RAW Day...

This is what I do when I buy a lot of jalapeno peppers:
Remove stems and put in food processor, process until finely chopped. Put chopped jalapeno on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate a few hours, until completely dry. Put dried jalapeno back in food processor to break up lumps that stick togheter. Put dried ground jalapeno in a spice shaker. I use this instead of the dried red peppers you can buy pre made.

i dont feel like dehydrating them. the blender does a good enough job breaking down the nutrients for me, though others could definately use the advice.

lol, jenna - you couldn't resist? :p

is there a difference between red chili's and jalapeno peppers?
