For those who want to cut back on the nuts a bit, just use oats instead of nuts for milks. Or sub 1/2 nuts, 1/2 oats. Just soak, and rinse the oats then put them in the blender with the amount of water as you would for nut milks (some people use 2-1, etc...I do 4-1). You can strain it or not. At first I strained it, but then put the pulp back in for ultra thickness!!!
