is there such a thing??? (other than the portabella crust. got that one already:rolleyes: )

I don't use my dehydrator much anymore. I prefer most everything to be undehydrated.

I don't think there's such a thing as a non-dehydrated pizza crust.

One of my recipe books, I think Juliano's, recommends putting the pizza toppings in a lettuce leaf if you don't have crusts.

I use leaf wraps alot. I think that's a great idea for pizza crust. thanks!

Lettuce sounds great. Filling/topping ideas please. I'm into little nuts especially when grinding them up as spread/pates. Body weight attracts my body so I have to be very careful when still eating nuts, but buying only a few at a time. I'm even that way with avocado--a sliver at a time only.
