Hey everyone-
Just thought I would send a note saying I was starting a MC to include a kidney liver cleanse. I have been mentally preparing.I have my counter full of everything from psyllium to smooth move tea to Epsom salts ! I am going to juice some lemons tonight to be ready to make the lemonade and zip off to work in the AM.
I feel I have been goofing off and need to reset my body clock to get back on track. My work life has been all consuming for the past year and a half but the last 4 months have been especially intense and though I keep trying to be 100% raw I often just didn't have the strength to stick to it.
I am now determined with the help of all you dear rawbies and your support to take this MC and then back to raw.
Spring cleaning!!! A fresh start and the semi quietness of summer to devote to fighting the food addiction.
I just read Morn's blog and it was comforting to read that somewhere in the 8th or 10th month(?) she was able to let go of the addiction. I have read others, too who release that and so much more.I have so much to release, internally and externally. I hope I am ready .
I guess I should post on the MC thread but I thought this might help me along to "verbalize" in an email .
Thanks for listening:) !
