Water fast & salt-water flush?

If I do the water fast am I supposed to do the salt water flush each morning just as I did with the MC? Thanks. Would anyone be able to give me any numbers regarding how much weight they've lost doing the water fast and in what time period? Thanks again for all your help.:)

I did a SWF on my first day and the 2nd. I didn't use it this morning and I feel okay. I will do it every 2 days or so. I don't think there's any right way to use the SWF on a water fast, you just have to listen to your individual body and see how it's feeling with doing it daily or maybe skipping a day or two. Just a suggestion. Good luck!
