Soaking/sprouting beans? I did my first little batch of mung beans and they are certainly sprouting thier little sprout sprouts...but I am not sure where to go from here...surely I can make them in to taco filling....wrap filling...what has been your experience with them? Should they store in the glass container in the fridge? Any good recipes I should try? I am thinking this will be one of my staples for my 30 days in May....what do you think?
