Hello All,

My son is on the Autism spectrum and is quite picky about the foods he will eat. In a week he is have his tonsils and adnoids out. I am drawing a blank on some ideas to keep him raw, but that are smooth enough for him to eat. I can not get him to eat applesauce and that so far is the only thing, besides smoothies that I can think of. Any other suggestions would be great.

Thank you,

jami:D

"ice cream". You can make it w/ the juicer by using a blank plate, or you can just put frozen fruit in the blender. You could also make smoothie pops or juice pops. Frozen grapes are good too!

Yes the avocado based puddings!! My son just had his tonsils and adenoids taken out and he has been eatting his pudding. Then we made a batch and froze them in to popsicles. Every one loves them.

Chocolate pudding
1 avocado
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup of agave nectar
water to blend

Put in Vitamix and blend until smooth

We also did a strawberry version of this

instead of the cocoa we added a bunch of frozen strawberries. This is wonderful and we also froze them to make pudding pops. There is no way anyone would ever know that there was avocado in this.

hope that helps
