So, I've been high raw for, wow, must be 7-8 months now! There's been some visible weight loss, but what the pictures don't show is my even and steady energy throughout the day, and my fabulous soft skin. Here's a before:

the most amazing thing (well... maybe not the most amazing thing ... but a VERY EXCITING THING...) about what I see in ALL of these photos -- yours, Morns, everyones... is this phenomenal REVERSING OF AGE that seems to happen to everyone on this journey!
