Does any know about RSD?

RSD is Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy

I have done some web surfing to know more about it, but wanted to know if anyone here has had personal experience or knows of someone that may have it. My mother-in-law has it and she is without relief. She is in so much discomfort and we're looking for possible options that could provide her with some relief. I have started to look at some of the supplements that are in Aissa's store. Any Suggestion would be helpful.

i'm so sorry your mother-in-law is facing this. rsd is a really horrible condition.

i think the first thing would be to watch sugar and caffiene. things that stimulate the central nervous system might aggravate the condition. a patient of mine has rsd and is doing much better than when we initially began working with her. massage therapy including myofascial work has helped (but make sure to go to someone who is medically trained and will NOT push her too hard). my patient is also careful not to carry purses on her shoulders (uses a fanny pack instead) or to overdo it in any of her activities.

guided meditation and visualization might help as well.
