*mango/water/parsley
*orange/pineapple/kale or spinach
*frozen cherries/OJ/kale or spinach/raw cacao powder
*apple/cucumber/kale/tomato/celery/lemon/ginger

I tell folks to take their favorite fruit smoothie and add greens to it. Something mild like organic baby spinach.
