My name is Heidi. I am 32 years old, married and a WAHM to 6 kids. I homeschool all but my oldest. My oldest 2 and myself have severe ASHD. I found out about this diet in my search to feed our family healthier and get my kids off the ADHD medications. I have always been obese so the weight loss is just proving to be a bonus! :p Here is a picture of me from a few weeks ago before I went high raw. I have eliminated 10 pounds since then. :)
