Now that the only thing in my fridge is fruits and vegetables I was wondering if others have turned their fridge temp down and how low can I go and keep my produce fresh. At the current temp my greens die quickly.

I grow my own greens, so we just pick them as we eat them, we hardly ever have any to store, unless it is in winter, and then we just store them on the counter.
Basically, we do what the store does. If it is in a cooler at the store, it goes in our fridge, ie nuts, seeds, etc.
If it is out in the store, we keep it out on our counter, ie apples, oranges, tomatoes, zucchinis, greens etc.
