Yes, I did! They did not turn out. I wanted them crunchy and it took forever. They did not taste good at all, I had to throw them away...:(

Zuchinni is a wonderful veggie to dehydrate! They get super crunchy and you can put whatever spices on them you may want. My favorite are chipotle chile zuchinni chips.

What about marinating them in Braggs or Nama Shoyu first?
