I've been wanting to make this grain free pizza crust for a long time and just got to doing it today, will be done in several hours. Has anyone else done this crust and how is it? The main ingredients are equal amounts of walnuts and zucchini which is unusual for a pizza crust and I can't imagine how it will turn out.
I hope I like it as I'm getting sick of flax crusts and buckwheat crusts take a long time with the sprouting.
