Don't like sushi!

So I learned something new today. I don't like sushi.. but the good news is- my hubby does.. So I can make this for him..he said he felt like he was eating fish.. So now I have a good recipe for him. I put the kimchi, avo and sprouts in a lettuce leaf- much better for me..

ya know what? I didn't like it the first FEW times I ate it, but because the nori is so nutritious that I forced myself to keep eating it and now it truly is my favorite food. :p
