Sprouting Chart questions

I was reading in Alissa's book that 1 teaspoon of alfalfa seeds makes 2 lbs of sprouts- I heard her say this on the dvd too. but according to the sprouting chart in the book it says that 3 tbsps of alfalfa seeds makes 4 cups of sprouts. which is right??
I have lentils sprouting now.

hmmm, not sure exactly, but my alfalfa seeds i have sprouted make nowhere near that much per teaspoon. Maybe she used a really big heaped up serving spoon or something. They certainly grow beautifully though...
