So, today I begin another leg. I was an unhealthy vegetarian for about 12 years. Ate everything that walked or waddled for about 2 years. Immediately became vegan after reading Skinny B.... Read about the raw food lifestyle in VegNews and started reading more on the diet. I tried eating raw until dinner for a few weeks and actually gained weight. I read Living on Live Foods this weekend and decided to take the 30 day challenge. I guess I'm an "all or nothing" kinda girl:D I'm excited about it!

Aloha and Welcome to RFT!!! I followed the 30 day plan laid out in Alissa's book for my first 30 day challenge... the food was so easy to prepare, it was delicious and I didn't have to think or try to figure too many things out which (for me) was nice since i had no clue what I was doing!!
Following the LIVING on LIVE Foods book by Alissa - also made my transition to a RAW Vegan LIFEstyle very do'able and easy.
