I saw Alissa make those portabello mushrooms topped with avocado on the dvds and loved the idea but I don't like raw mushrooms. So I marinated my mushrooms in crushed garlic, pepper, a bit of celtic sea salt and olive oil. Then I placed in the dehydrator tray for a few hours. I checked halfway through and brushed some more of the olive oil/garlic marinade on it.. They were warm and soft.. They reminded me of combination pizza.. wierd.. soooo good. Topped with avocado they were soooo delish.
