Hi! I live in Faribault and am also attempting raw. There is a FANTASTIC raw restaurant in Mpls called Ecopolitan on 26th and Lyndale. I buy their coconut oil (great sun protection in the summer), olive soap, books and bulk items. Their menu is great as well. I take my 2 year old daughter there to eat and she loves it too. They just opened an eco-spa upstairs that I am dying to try. Take care and best of luck to you!!
