I usually have salads for dinner, but last night I had a sliced cucumber, some raw green beans, and a couple carrots. If it's raw and you're hungry for it, eat it. :)

I'm not a hundred percent raw, but every morning I have a smoothie for breakfast. I have salads and juice for lunch most days (sometimes cooked vegetables too but I'm trying to eat more raw this spring/summer). Then for dinner I usually make a really, really big salad with sprouts, olives, avocado, greens, etc.
I need to learn some raw soups to go with my salads at night and make the dinner heartier.

When I was 100% it was all pretty basic... Breakfast was always a green smoothie. Lunch and dinner I'd make a ginormous salad consisting of spring mix, shredded carrots, avocado, sprouts, a little raw oil occasionally, hemp seeds/ground flax seed, nutritional yeast, dulse, black pepper, cayenne. Sometimes I'd make flax crackers or onion bread (I ate it ALL the time!) and dip it in guacamole or salsa. I've also made fermented nut/seed cheese and used it as a dip, so yum! now that I'm eating more raw again, I'm getting more experimental.
