I've bought a pineapple. but I don't want to use the whole pineapple at once. Can we freeze it in??
edit.......not in chunks ofcours........in pieces..........

YES! I do it all the time.
Also, the BEST way to cut a pineapple? When you bring it home - cut off the green part. Put into a bowl, cut side down at least overnight, then cut the pineapple. I actually have a pineapple corer and I use the core in my green smoothies. Cutting it this way distribute all the sugar and acids so your tongue won't burn.

The rest is in de fridge upside down.
I am having the last past day's for breakfast AND lunch a smoothie. even thismorning a green one! with cucumber....not so green but is was refreshing!!

Froozen pineapple in smoothies.....very good and even froozen bananas and pineapple are really good for an ice cream type treat.
