Hi Arky,
I really appreciate the information you have provided regarding mineral absorption! Trying to sort through it all and have a question.
Is part of the absorption issue vitamin K2 especially in combination with vitamin D? From what I understand, there are only a few foods that contain K2. The only vegetarian source natto. Am I on the right track?
If I am on the right track, what to you think of a vitamin K2 supplement?
Also, wondering about this supplement for someone I know who is dealing with osteoporosis - http://www.algaecal.com/vitamin-k2.html
