What can I make with pulp?

Curious about recipes with the pulp left over from juicing carrots particularly.

Could I make a carrot bread or cracker and use the pulp instead of nuts?

Any recipes would be great!

I remember seeing recipes on this forum for that. Do a search. I'll do one too and see what I can come up with. I use the search key. Not the banana and type in carrot pulp...

Veganforlife's idea is great. Also, Alissa's "better than beef" recipe in her book requires the pulp from carrots and celery. I just made it about a week ago which is why I thought of it. But for ME it was DELICIOUS and fast and simple.... YUMYUM:)

I've added it to crackers/bread/burgers, even when it doesn't ask for it and it turns out fine.

I have found adding pulp to bread recipes makes the bread come out softer. I don't know about using all carrots for the bread, because you need a binder. If you don't want to use nuts you could use some ground flax seeds.

Also I like to use it for mock tuna, add dulse and all the fixins you would put in a plain can of tuna.

Thanks guys. I will do a little more searching this weekend for recipes.

I am hoping my dehydrator arrives by Monday! I don't have it yet so I haven't tried any of the recipes in any of the books, but I do want to get started as soon as it comes.

Soup!! I make juice with my juicer and save the pulp for soup. I just warm some of the juice & water to 110 degrees and add the pulp and I have very filling soup. I add Braggs' amino acids for a salty flavor. It's delicious and did I mention filling? Yes, I did! Very, very filling.

I remember reading in the Raw Family book that Ivan makes flax crackers and adds carrot pulp to it.
