Hello to all you wise, raw foodists. I've been peeking in every now and again, and thought it was time to introduce myself. I'm christofu, the alter ego of misotrue on RFC. Hope to learn a few things here about the raw lifestyle I am trying to embrace. I haven't been able to keep up with the fasting bandits, but will try fasting during my kids next school holiday in one week.

All is well up here in the star studded skies of Vermont. Looking forward to this summers' meet-up at Grezzo's. I'll be there with lafsalot.
