For those who use Bragg's and Nutritional Yeast, this popcorn replacement is fantastic! I found it on GoneRaw.com which was contributed by YogaGyptc.

Her recipe is as follows. I do not know where the original recipe would have come from. She said she changed the recipe by adding Bragg's and Hemp Seeds.

1 cup Cauliflower
1 tsp. Nutritional Yeast
Braggs Amino Acids
Hemp Seeds
1/2 tsp. olive oil
I cut cauliflower in my desired size, added the ingredients and eat!!

When I made it I found that using approximately 2 cups of Cauliflower, 1 tsp. of Nutritional Yeast, 1 tsp. of Bragg's was all I needed. I did not add any hemp seeds or olive oil. It was AWESOME!!!!

I hope those of you that try it will enjoy it as much as I did!

So what does hemp seed taste like?

Hmm...hard to describe. Kind of a nutty oily taste. Good, but better in recipes...not by itself.

I love cauliflower :D . Have you ever tried really good raw mashed cauliflower? It's better than mashed potatoes. You'll never think of cauliflower as bland again!

Just eat it fresh. Yum!

I would imagine it could possibly be good dehydrated. I'm not sure how the texture would be with cauliflower. Give it a whirl if you like!:)

that is exactly how I ate popcorn before: with bragg, nut. yeast, and olive oil. It has been my downfall EVERY TIME I have slipped. It is by far my ALL TIME FAVORITE FOOD. This sounds like a GREAT Idea. My only concern is that cauliflower and my belly are not friends. Did you have any adverse effects?
