Hello all. I'm still very new to raw. It's been a rollercoaster ride. Great highs, and bad lows... I wonder if I'm struggling so much because I haven't read Alissa's book... oh well, I will survive. I can feel the benefits already.

hello! i am new too. i feel like it is a bumpy ride myself. some days it is easy to eat raw and others seem impossible. i think, for me, if i just stay focused on the end result, even if it takes awhile, i will get there. it is very motivating to read these posts! keep posting! i need the support too!!

Hi There. I am new too~cool! I was reading a post somewhere on this sight about how becoming 100% raw is a process. Even with the best of intentions you are going to slip up now and then. It is OK! Don't get down on yourself. You are eating SO MUCH BETTER than you probably were just by TRYING to be raw. Over the course of a few months we will all learn the ropes, learn the tricks, learn about our bodies, and learn how to predict and prepare for the hard parts.

Here's to a long healthy raw life!

Best of luck to you~Peace & Love~Vanessa :)
