Feeling kind of raw...

Hello! I'm new (clearly). ;)

I'm on a whopping day two of a raw food diet, and I'm full of questions, which is how I found you!

I'm Ali, and I'm a single mom living in ski country Colorado, with my adorable two year old daughter, Arabella, and our three not so adorable frogs.

I'm exploring raw in an attempt towards a healthier lifestyle, and so far I am enjoying it.

Be sure and check out Alissa's book and DVD....they're great to get you started and in answering questions. Yeah, I had a son who REALLY went through a frog stage, we had all kinds of different frogs and also tadpoles which were very interesting to watch turn into frogs. I am glad to say that he is now 19 and we are well past that stage. Welcome!!!!
