I just pulled these out of the dehydrator! They are fantabulous! I can't wait to make a sandwich today for lunch! My first cracker/bread attempt in about 2 years, after the first attempt ended up in the garbage:(
This "Real Toast" recipe is from Juliano's RAW uncook book, which I highly recommend for gourmet recipes and beautiful photos.
Bummer! I can't the pic to post, the file size is a little too large. I'll try to figure out how to shrink the file size.....does any one know how? In the mean time, I will post this pic on my myspace so you can look if you want.

Oops, Here's the recipe for "Real Toast"
1/2 c sprouted black eyed peas
2 1/2 c sprouted Kamut
1 1/2 c o.j.
1 tsp sea salt
1 c fresh herbs, chopped fine
1 tsp paprika
1/2 Tblsp cayenne
1/2 tsp jalapeno
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped garlic
1 c flax
Food process all but 1/2 cup of Kamut and flax. Process until "dough" forms. hand mix in flax and 1/2 cup sprouts. Dehydrate for about 10 hours.
One of my favorite recipes ever! There's just no better bread/cracker recipe out there IMO! BTW, I've always been too lazy to add the optional sprouted peas. Did you do that part?

yeah, but I sprouted them w/ the kamut, and ended up sprouting too much kamut so I had to pick out the peas to use them in the recipe, lol.

femaleuna - thanks so much for sharing. You are a girl after my own heart - your enthusiasm shows because you make up new words to express it - "fantabulous" - gotta love it. Keep them coming - it's contagious and will generate more enthusiasm for trying these wonderful recipes (er, some of them, anyway) Perhaps I'll buy the book now!

I am wondering about the 1 c. of herbs. What herbs are you using? Does this not turn the mixture green?

I used a mixture of sage, cilantro, and rosemary. I gues it is not enough to turn the mix green. The recipe in the book says to use any herbs of your liking.
Ooooh, I'll have to try this -- but I don't have kamut or black eyed peas and I am TRYING so hard to not spend $500 again on raw stuff this month.
