Hi Everyone,

I'm Sarah and I live in Toronto, Canada. By trade I am a professional nerd. Many of my hobbies are centered around health, wellness and personal growth. Last year I went live / raw for a few months, I fell back into cooked whole foods eventually. Now I'm back again. I will be starting a live food 30 day challenge. I feel like I'm in a really good position to get be successful in this challenge. I have a good dehydrator, blender, juicer, sprouter and access to fresh microgreens and soil-grown sprouts. And of course this the support and resource of the amazing internets, and this and other excellent forums.

You'll do great on the 30 day challange....sounds like you have all the gadgets and you've done it before. Have you read Alissa's book and watched the DVD...they are incredible...worth every penny.

I got mine from a lady in Surrey, BC. That is probably too far for you. :) If you look on the side bar of this page, click on the "Find an Alissa Cohen certified Living on Live Food Teacher in your area." That is where I found my lady, there might be someone listed there near you.
