I am looking for the calorie content of one tablespoon of raw, organic cacao powder. My package of cacao powder does not have this.
If you have that info will you please post it for me?
Thanks!

I would guess it's roughly the same as regular cocoa powder in terms of calories, fiber, etc...check fitday or one of those?

Out of curiosity, I just weighed out an ounce of cacao and measured it. It came out to about 1/4 of a cup.
The calories in raw food can very pretty wildly, depending on how the food was grown processed. I wouldn't sweat the whole calorie thing. There are so many more important things to focus on in life.

Walnutty - I was gonna ask why you are even concerned about calorie counting, but I didn't want to come across as the question Nazi! But what the heck! Why are you wondering?
I'm so glad those days of counting ANYthing are done with. Be it calories, carbs, servings, whatever...
